In July of 2017 an affiliate of TW Development Group acquired a 196,000-sf light industrial building, which was sitting on 15 acres located at 2000 Composite Drive in Kettering, Ohio. As a distressed asset, it required a plan that included building upgrades as well as creative marketing. At the time of closing, the building was only 30% occupied. We aggressively pursued the retention and expansion of the existing tenants. Recently, we signed a long-term lease with a Fortune 100 eRetailer who will be locating a “last mile delivery” facility in 90,000-sf. Additionally, we are constructing approximately 700 parking spaces.
